The lives of YASHOUA (Saikong Yang), a young musician and his fiancee ELLY (Kachyia Vang) are forever changed one night when they stumble upon something that they were not meant to see. Yashoua is killed and Elly is left behind to grieve. Yashoua's death is simply one in a series of macabre murders as their city becomes overtaken by a despotic violent man named GORILLA (Sloane Vue) and his younger brother RUTHLESS (Bee Vang) a deranged serial killer. They lead their gang in a bloody wave of stark brutality, drugs, prostitution and death across the city, corrupting and destroying innocence with a careless hand. But not all is as it seems. Yashoua is brought back to life and although he has no memories of his past or why he had died, he is drawn into the lives of city's forgotten humanity--and Elly.
